How long will it take to receive my order?

As each Wollymemory piece is handmade, the production process takes time. Our current estimated completion time starts at two months (please refer to the product page for specific estimates), with an additional 1 to 2 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How does Wollymemory create its piece ?

Each Wollymemory is custom-made for your pet using the needle-felting technique and crafted from 100% soft, natural wool. Needle-felting involves manually compacting wool fibers to create specific textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each Wollymemory are also handcrafted. Full-body Wollymemory figures feature an internal metal armature to provide stability and poseability for the paws and tail.

How can I have my pet's real fur added into the portrait?

Upon request, we can incorporate your pet's real fur, ash, whiskers, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we'll provide you with a mailing address for sending them.
