The "Wollymemory" series was born during the COVID-19 lockdowns, a time when the production of many of our regular products had to be suspended.

Annie, a long-time collaborator with our team, suddenly found herself with some free time. Gordon, the founder of Wollymemory, suggested she try crafting a needle-felted piece modeled after a pet close to him.

Annie later proposed offering these creations online, noting that we were doing more than just making products—we were capturing the deep emotional bonds shared by pet lovers.

People took notice of the artwork and began asking for their own versions. What started as a one-off experiment quickly evolved into a meaningful, ongoing venture.

Today, the "Wollymemory" series is handcrafted by over 20 artisans working from their homes across China. At the heart of the collection lie natural fibers, exquisite craftsmanship, and a philosophy that prioritizes the creative process over speed.

Each needle-felted piece embodies the deep affection pet lovers hold for their companions, preserving that love—even for those pets who are no longer by their side.
